In its simplest of terms, the strike zone is an invisible box that extends from the bottom of the batter's knees to the top of their shoulders. The exact location of the strike zone varies slightly from pitcher to pitcher and umpire to umpire, but the corners are always set at 17 inches from each batter's plate. The Pitcher’s Pocket is a heavy-duty pitching net with nine pockets that mimic the size of the strike zone. The nine pockets allow for true accountability for the player during a baseball pitching practice workout because you can count up the strikes or misses, giving instant analysis of pitching accuracy. The Pitchers Pocket's steel frame is height adjustable, which give the athletes the ability to design baseball pitching workouts that not only cover the strike zone but also replicate tough pitches that would likely be called balls but pass close enough to entice a hitter to swing and miss - a true "pitcher's pitch."
