Two years ago, we defined a need for a heavier, more stable base that grips the surface and would be a complement to our tried and true Original Tanner Tee. #1 Way to Easily Adjust Your Tanner Batting Tee Height

When a batting tee becomes stuck at the bottom of its range, it's a result of the friction adjusting parts wearing down internally and no longer having the capacity to support the weight of the tee shaft and the baseball or softball. We've all seen batting tees like this at a training facility or high school cage stuck at one pitch height. In some cases the tee is simply old and has performed admirably to its max capacity - it justifiably needs a batting tee replacement part.
